I don’t exactly agree with this… I think perfect bodies come in different shapes and sizes, not just “skinny arms” and people with thigh gaps and collarbones. News flash, if you stand with your legs far enough apart, you will have a thigh gap… girls who get down about not having a body that makes them happy, I just want you to remember that you have tons of tiny blood vessels that are housing vital blood running through them, leading to a heart that has been beating for the thousands upon thousands of seconds you’ve been walking on this earth…You have muscles that are the reason you can move and fat to keep your body warm… Your body is brilliant and amazing, and you can walk and breathe and laugh and have an amazing mind that should be proud of its body as well. I don’t mean to preach, I just think we should all be more body positive than specific-body positive.
